Adeline Hattie Krone

Adeline Hattie Krone, 101, of Baroda passed away peacefully on June 13, 2022 at her home in the care of her family.

A funeral service will be held 2:30 PM Friday, June 17, 2022 at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family from 5-7 PM Thursday, June 16, 2022 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ruggles Cemetery, Baroda. Adeline was born on April 8, 1921 in Baroda, the daughter of the late Karl and Augusta (Trabant) Hasse. On November 16, 1946 she married Wallace “Bud” and they shared 73 years together until his passing in 2019. Adeline owned Adeline’s Beauty Shop and carried her license for 64 years. She enjoyed crosswords, puzzles, canning, and gardening. Adeline’s faith gave her great patience. She was a mom not only to us but to many of our friends.

Survivors include her children: Leonard (Kathryn) Krone, Nancy Mead; daughter-in-law: Mary Krone; grandchildren: Holley (Joe) Tourangeau, Tim (Shauna) Krone, Alex and Lexi Mead; great grandchildren: Morgan and Jack Tourangeau, Marissa and Maya Krone; and many nieces and nephews.

Adeline was also proceeded in death by her son: Kenneth Krone.
