Charlotte Louise Crider

Charlotte Louise Crider, 82, of Buchanan, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph.

A memorial service will be held 11 AM on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Trinity Lutheran Church of Glendora, 1733 W. Glendora Rd., Buchanan, MI 49107. Friends may meet with the family from 12-1 PM at the church, following the service. Memorial contributions may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church of Glendora. Charlotte was born on June 8, 1944 in Buchanan, the daughter of the late Michael and Louise (Brgman) Brueck. Charlotte was the best grandmother anyone could ask for – a kind and caring person who was willing to help those in need. She had a deep, everlasting faith in Jesus Christ and a love for all knickknacks and lighthouses. She especially loved giving hugs out at church every Sunday.

Survivors include two brothers: Don Brueck and Rodney Brueck; three granddaughters: Harley (Josh) Eaves, Samantha (Divyang) Patel, and Emilee (Cameron) Bytner; nine great grandchildren and two nieces.

Charlotte was preceded in death by a daughter, Sonya Robards; a son, Michael Crider; granddaughter, Nichole Crider; and brother, Richard Brueck.

Arrangements are entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman.
