Christine Larion

Christine Ellen Larion, 69 of Sawyer, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at The Willows in St. Joseph.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at the Boyd Chapel of Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy; Bridgman with Pastor Dalton Stanage officiating. Friends may meet with the family 5-7 PM Tuesday, November 21, 2017. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be given toward Bridgman Public Schools STEM Lab.

Chris was born April 15, 1948, in Newberry, Michigan the daughter of the late Peter and Helen (Howard) Bergman. On August 3, 1993 she married Dale Russell Larion Chris was a 4th grade teacher at Bridgman Public Schools for almost 22 years, she had a passion for teaching. She especially enjoyed teaching and working with her students on memory work. Chris and Dale enjoyed traveling.

Survivors include her husband Dale; her children: Lori(Mark) Copeland and Rick (Kirsten) Southwood; step-children: Rick Larion and Sherry(Edward) Carter; three grandchildren: Carter and Dylan Southwood and Sam Carter; a brother: John (Susan) Bergman.
