Doris Stockton

Doris Joan Stockton, 79, of Benton Harbor passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph following a brief illness.

Cremation will take place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date.

Doris was born October 25, 1935 in Hornersville, Missouri, the daughter of the late Joseph and Magnolia (Boshell) Killian. On June 5, 1950 she married Donal E. Stockton and he preceded her in death on January 13, 2008.

Survivors include a son, Terry (Chris) Stockton of Benton Harbor; two daughters, Deborah (Gary) Gerlach of Seymour, IN., and Sandra Stockton of Benton Harbor; eight grandchildren and many great grandchildren; sisters, Gayla Clark of Eau Claire, MI, and Margaret Thomas, Barbara Sanquenetti, and Donna Howard all of Indiana.

Doris was also preceded in death by two sons - Randell and Joe Stockton; her grandson Clinton Stockton; her sister, Betty Marion; and brothers, Larry, Russell, Gary and Ronald Killian.
