James Harvey

James “Sean” Harvey, 62, of Buchanan passed away unexpectedly on February 15, 2022.

A gathering of friends and family will be held from 4-6 PM on Monday, February 21, 2022 at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman.  Memorial contributions may be given to the family to assist them with expenses. Online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com.

Sean was born on May 24, 1959 in St. Joseph, the son of the late Leo and Suzanne (Johnson) Harvey. On June 28, 2008 he married Dawn DePriest and they shared 13 years together. Sean worked at Lake Michigan College for 27 years and at CHT USA, Cassopolis for 8 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.

Survivors include his wife: Dawn; her children: Andrew (Marie Goodish) Schutze and Catherine (John) Schafer; grandchildren: John Schafer and Micah Schafer; siblings: Paul (Traci) Harvey and Sue (Joe) Rambo.

Sean was also preceded in death by step-father: Allen Johns; siblings: Donna White, Geri Herman and Bonnie Rambo.
