Best known for being a great friend, loving father, and his favorite title Papa. Anyone who knows Jamie knows how 420 friendly he was, how he could lighten up a room with clever jokes, silly pranks, and his attitude towards anything. He lived life to the fullest rather if it was spending time with family, helping others however he could, listening to music, fishing, or watching the Dallas Cowboys and wrestling. Best known in the 90s as outhouse Jim, Jamie made sure to fulfill a life style and a legacy nobody can forget with his righteous outgoing personality, his presence made a forever impact on everybody he came across.
Survivors include his children: Katie Woods and Jamie (Lexi) Woods; siblings: Mike (Suzi) Woods and Barb (Glenn) Fox; grandchildren: Noah Woods, Bentley Woods, Winter Sullivan, Tilton Sullivan, Zarina Davis, Zoey Woods, with one bundle of joy on the way; nieces and nephews: April (Sean) Smith, Stephanie (Drew) McLaughlin, Jazmine Banner, Michael Woods, and Scotty (Stacy) Woods; and his former wife of 30 years, Deidre Woods.
Woodsey is preceded in death by his mother and father, Marie and Homer Woods; his cousins: Ronnie Harding, Tina Harding, and Johnny Harding; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Arrangements are entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, Boyd Chapel. 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman.
