Karlis Aldis Barons

Karlis Aldis Barons, 78, died on November 13, 2022 at the Pine Ridge Nursing Center in Michigan.

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman. Karlis was born on July 23, 1944 in Latvia. Karlis was an English teacher at Schaumburg High School in Illinois. He enjoyed golfing and was a University of Michigan and Chicago Bears Football fan.

Survivors include his nieces: Cindy (James Hufft) Janecke and Lisa (Phil) Dumont; great nephews: Ben and Matthew; and a great niece: Anna Dumont.

Karlis was preceded in death by his wife: Judy.
