Kenneth Brian Klutts, 64, of Bridgman passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2026 at Corewell Health Lakeland Hospital, St. Joseph.
A gathering of family and friends will be announced and held at a future date. Memorial contributions may be given to Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan, 5400 S. Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI 49085. Online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com.
Ken was born October 30, 1961, in St. Joseph, to Paul Jr. and Loreta (Christopher) Klutts. On April 4, 1987, he married the beautiful Diane Lucker, beginning a 39-year marriage that reflected his commitment to her.
Ken was known as a loyal friend and a hard worker. If he could do something to help a friend, he did it. He spent many years at Custom Tool and Die as a mold maker for the automotive industry. In later years, he stayed busy working at a golf course, mowing the fairways and maintaining the grounds, and spent much of his free time helping on his best friend's farm.
He was a gifted mechanic who could fix just about any problem with any car. Bowling was a lifelong passion, and he found a second home on the lanes, sharing decades of friendly competition with his wife and bowling family. Come football season, he cheered on the Michigan Wolverines and the Chicago Bears. His memory will live on in the strikes and spares remembered by those who bowled beside him.
Survivors include his wife, Diane; children: Amanda "Mandy" (J.J.) Hischke, Matthew (Alexandra) Rhinehart, and Megan (Joe Affinito) Klutts; one granddaughter, Olivia Rhinehart; his mother, Loreta Klutts; brother, Keith (Kim) Klutts; sister, Loretta (Jim) Banish; and his K9 companion, Lucy.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his father, Paul Klutts, Jr.; and sister-in-law, Laurie Klutts.
Arrangements are entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman, MI.
