Kim Irene (Stuppy) Couet, 62, of Stevensville passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.

A memorial service will be held at 12 NOON Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at The Boyd Chapel of Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family from 10 AM - NOON prior to the service at the funeral home. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be given towards the needs of the family or Hanson Hospice Center, 4382 Cleveland Avenue, Stevensville, MI 49127.

Kim was born March 29, 1955 in St. Joseph, Michigan the daughter of Charles James and Marlene (Gard) Stuppy. On July 27, 1991 she married Mark Couet. Kim enjoyed puzzles, was an avid reader and most of all loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband: Mark; daughters: Elizabeth (Daniel) Reilly, and Cassandra Couet; siblings: David (Jami) Stuppy, Timothy (Ana) Stuppy, Melissa (Kurt) Cox, Ron Stuppy, Merry (Michael) Rickert; grandchildren: Margaret (Matthew) Johnson, Timothy Cawley, Jesse Cawley, Easton Miller, Mason Miller, Joseph Reilly, Michael Reilly, Brian Bultema; and daughter-in-law: Jamie Miller.

Kim was preceded in death by her sons: James Michael Miller in 2016 and Edward Charles Miller in 2001.
