Lillian O’Brien, 94 formerly of Bridgman, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at Brentwood at Niles.

Mass of Christian burial will be held 11 AM Friday, July 6, 2018 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 3903 Lake Street, Bridgman with Father Arthur Howard as celebrant. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family from 5-7 PM Thursday at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, the Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman were the Rosary will be prayed at 6 PM . Memorial contributions can be made to Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church.

Lillian was born Monday, May 12, 1924, the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Keenleyside) Dickinson. She owned and operated Mayo (now the Getaway) in Bridgman as well as working at Hyerdahl’s in Bridgman. Lillian was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church.

Survivors include her children: Kenneth (Kay) O’Brien, Colleen Ziemba, Timothy O’Brien, Kathleen Woods, Eileen (Ron) Pallas, Mavourneen O’Brien, Patrick (Barb) O’Brien, Bridget (Bill) Marifjeren, Sean (Toni) O’Brien, Lillian O’Brien, Noreen (Richard Beerman) Payne; 23 grandchildren; Many great grandchildren; siblings: Tom, June, Ed, Wally and Elizabeth Dickinson.

Lillian was also preceded in death by a daughter: Maureen O’Brien.
