M. Zordell

M. Adeline Zordell, 91, of Baroda passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at The Willows in St. Joseph.

Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Thursday, May, 25 2017 at the Boyd Chapel of Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy., Bridgman. Friends may meet with the family from 1 - 2 PM at the funeral home before the service begins. Burial will be in Ruggles Cemetery, Baroda.

Adeline was born May 4, 1926 in Baroda, the daughter of the late William and Bertha (Feather) Binger. On September 6, 1947 she married Leon Zordell in Baroda and he preceded her in death on January 7, 2005. Adeline worked as a secretary for Auto Specialties. After taking time to raise her family, she took a job driving School bus for Lakeshore public schools until she retired in 1991. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and spending time with her friends and granddaughters.

She is survived by her son, Blair (Kristianne) of Berrien Springs and two grandaughters: Elizabeth, and Ariel (Anton) Locket.

In addition to her parents and husband, Adeline was preceded in death by her two sisters: Evelyn Shetterly and Bertha Miller; and a daughter Sue Lynne.
