Phyllis Ann Hildebrandt, 82, of Sawyer passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Jordan’s Life Care Center, Bridgman.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday, October 28, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 5791 Sawyer Road, Sawyer with Reverend Randy D. Lett officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 2- 5 PM Sunday at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. As an expression of sympathy memorial contributions may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church, PO Box 247, Sawyer, MI 49125.

Phyllis was born October 27, 1930 in Glendora, Michigan, the daughter of Ed and Tillie Goodline. Phyllis married Adolph “Otto” Hildebrandt on October 7, 1951 and he preceded her in death on July 26, 1993. Phyllis was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Sawyer. Phyllis, along with her entire family, worked on their vegetable and fruit farm.

Survivors include her children: Catherine Hildebrandt , Beverly Hildebrandt, Linda Hildebrandt, LuAnn (Darwin) Eisenhart, Richard (Deb) Hildebrandt, Jerry Hildebrandt, David (Lorri) Hildebrandt all of the Sawyer and Bridgman area; a daughter-in-law: Cynthia Hildebrandt of Buchanan; 8 Grandchildren; Evin, Adri, Kera, Megan, Nick, Jared, Justin, and Joshua.

Phyllis was also preceded in death by her parents Ed and Tille; a son James; brothers - Henry and Eddie, Jr.; and a sister Elizabeth Schlender.
