Raymond Bammann

Raymond William Bammann, 92, of Bridgman, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017 at his home in the care of his family.

Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 9650 N. Church, Bridgman with Pastor Thomas R. Brazinsky officiating. Friends may meet with the family 5 - 7 PM Wednesday, April 5 at The Boyd Chapel of Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. Raymond was born November 20, 1924 in New Troy, Michigan, the son of the late Roy and Hanna (Gast) Bammann. Raymond served his country in the United States military during WWII. He worked for many years at Technisand in Bridgman allowing him to also be a member of the Lake Township Fire Department. Raymond was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Bridgman.

Survivors include his daughters: Christine Schwerdt, Mary Bradford and Sandra Schlutt; his sons: Ray Allen, David (Antoinette), Ronald (Rosanne), John, and Joe; 14 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; siblings: Don (Dona) Bammann, and Jean (Herb) Guchow.

Raymond was also preceded in death by his wife: Betty who passed away January 4, 1999; a son: Randy; grandson: P.J. Bradford; and a brother: Harold Bammann.
