Ronald Neiman

Ronald "Bud" George Neiman, 78, of Bridgman passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 17, 2017 at his home.

Bud was born June 1, 1939 in the family home that was originally built on the same property as the Bridgman Public Library. He was the third child of the late Godfrey and Augusta Neiman. In 1957, he married his high school sweetheart Martha Myers. Bud worked at IBID County Electric for over 30 years and retired in 2005. He was a proud member of IBEW Local 153.

Ronald is survived by his wife: Martha; children: Kim (Virgil) Scott, Brian (Heidi) Neiman, Michelle (Mike) Deschaaf; grandchildren: Tyler, Eric, and Otto; and sister: Gail Schutze. Ronald was also preceded in death by his brother: Byron Neiman.

A celebration of life reception is planned for Saturday, August 5, at the Bridgman Public Library. There will be light hors d'oeuvres from 1-3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bridgman Public Library where a memorial will be placed in honor of Bud.
