Sharron was born August 7, 1943 in Chicago, the daughter of the late George and Eva Ann (Mikolic) Kaminsky. She was a 1961 graduate of St. Joseph Catholic High School. She married Trevor H. Ward, Sr. and he preceded her in death on August 9, 1994. Sharron was a Teacher's Aide at Bridgman Public Schools for many years and was currently working for Berrien County Intermediate School District
