Shelby Jean Fritz

Shelby Jean Fritz, 62, of Sawyer passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022 at Corewell Health Lakeland, St. Joseph.

Cremation has taken place and a gathering of family and friends will be held at a later date. Online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com.

Shelby was born on January 31, 1960 in Benton Harbor, the daughter of Gerald and Vivian (Oldham) Fritz. Shelby was a bartender at Connie’s Place in Baroda. She enjoyed traveling, gardening, and puzzles.  

Survivors include her father: Gerald; siblings: Loretta Clayton, Edwin (Margaret) Fritz, Diana Krumrie, Sherrie (Dale) Herter, Nora “Sis” Hosford, and Rich Hosford; numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Shelby was preceded in death by her mother: Vivian; and two brothers: Johnny Ray Harrison and Wayne Hosford.
