Terry Ermal Edison

Terry Ermal Edison, 83, of Stevensville passed away peacefully on January 16, 2023 at his home.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, January 20, 2023 at Annunciation and Agia Paraskevi Greek Orthodox Church, 18000 Behner Rd, New Buffalo, MI 49117. Friends may meet with the family from 5-7 PM on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy, Bridgman, with the Trisagion beginning at 6:30 PM. Burial will be in Sumption Prairie Cemetery, North Liberty. Memorial contributions may be given to the church. Online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com.

Terry was born on September 19, 1939 in South Bend, the son of the late William and Clarice (Beiler) Edison, the eldest of six. On July 23, 1994 he married Susan “Eleni” Filler and they shared 28 years together. He retired from UPS in 1995 after 31 years as a delivery driver. He loved his family, church, friends, basketball, and horseshoes.

Survivors include his wife: Susan “Eleni”; children: Tammy Hall, Yvonne (Chris) Cwik, Adam (Patty) Grassl, Jackie Damaske and Paige (Yale) Moser-Edison; son-in-law: Joe Walker; grandchildren: Meagan Hall (Tyler Sasse), Danielle (Josh) Jentz, Cohen Hall, Jarrod and Aubrie Walker, Calvin and Emmett Cwik, Michael, Maya and Molly Grassl, Jen (Matt) Strzyzykowski, and Brett Damaske; great grandchildren: Avery Sasse and Lennon Strzyzykowski; siblings: Pat (Gary) Clevenger, Jack (Judy) Edison, Bonnie Edison, Suzanne (John) Harness, and Marlene (Keith) Hadden; brother-in-law: Chris (Flora) Filler; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Terry was also preceded in death by a daughter: Shannon Walker and son-in-law: Ken Damaske.
