Thomas Hausmann

Thomas William Hausmann, 57, of Three Oaks, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016 in Iron Mountain, Michigan.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 5791 Sawyer Road, Sawyer with Reverend Randy D. Lett officiating. Friends may meet with the family from 5 - 8 PM Friday, at Pike Funeral Home, Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Three Oaks. Tom was born May 6, 1959, in Michigan City, Indiana to James Mitchell and Anna Lou (Drier) Hausmann. On June 21, 1980 Tom married Sherri Jeannine Krieger. He was the owner/operator of Dent Crafters of SW Michigan. Tom enjoyed trap shooting and hunting, sharing his passion of cars, but above all sharing life with his wife and family. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sawyer.

Tom is survived by his wife: Sherri; children: Mitchell (Brittany) Hausmann of Paw Paw, Maggie (Jeffrey) Szczypiorski of South Bend; grandson: Mason Thomas Hausmann; siblings: Marcia Dinges of Stevensville, James (Sheryl) Hausmann of Baroda; mother-in-law: Jeannine Krieger; brothers and sisters-in-law: Kathi (Dennis) Beckman, Tim (Ruth) Krieger, Tammie (Jeff) Schmidt, Kim Krieger; and many nieces and nephews.

Tom was preceded in death by: his parents; father-in-law: Norman Krieger; and brothers-in-law: Norman Krieger, Jr., and Ronald Dinges.
